Do not ever use any high pressure on cartridges as this will damage the cartridges. 6. The drain plug on the bottom of the filter can be removed to clean the tank bottom. 7. Clean the large O-ring that seats between the tank top & bottom and replace. Do not use any lubricant unless it is necessary. 8. Re-assemble the filter. Be sure the O-ring is not pinched between the tank top & bottom. 9. Turn on the pump. Watch for water entering the pump. If necessary, fill the pump pot with a water hose before turning on so it can start priming. 10. Open the bleed off valve on top of the filter. When water starts to come out of bleed off valve you may close it. This means no more air is in the system. 11. Make sure there are no leaks.
