AUSTIN TX SWIMMING POOLSHow to maintain your swimming pool In Austin tx. I JUST FINISHED FILLING MY NEW POOL WITH WATER, WHAT DO I DO NOW? After your pool has been plastered and all necessary prep work has been completed, (different types of plaster have different types of preparation) we will begin to fill your pool with water. 1. At least 1 garden hose will be placed at the bottom of your pool by the plaster company. Additional hoses may be added after the floor has been covered with water. The plaster company will tie a rag around the end of the water hose and place it in the deep end of the pool. Do not turn off the water until the water level has reached the middle of the water tile line. This is very important for it may leave a ring on the plaster if you move it. This may take up to 24 hours depending on the size of you pool and water pressure in your area. 2. If the water level is getting close to the tile line, you may turn the hose volume down slightly to decrease the speed of the water going into the pool so that it will fill up when you can be available to turn it off. 3. Once your Austin Tx swimming pool has filled to where the water level has reached the middle of the tile line, call the office. If the water level has reached the middle of the tile line during the night turn the water off and call the office in the morning. (512) 351-2304 4. After your pool has filled, Genesis Pools will start up and make your pool operational, add chemicals to initially balance your pool water. 5. A pool school will be scheduled to instruct you on the operation of your new Austin Tx swimming pool. This will take place approximately 5 – 8 days after start up. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the office at (512) 351-2304 during business hours or for emergencies at (512) 351-2304 after hours. Austin Tx Swimming Pools
